Business Process Visual ArchitectI have yet to see a better product than the Business Process Visual Architect. The moment I saw it I knew that it was the program for our business. I have been struggling with our Business Process and the flow between the departments. One strategy markets the effectiveness of keeping all departments separate while other strategies harp on making sure there are grey areas between all departments and make sure they can all communicate effectively between them. With Business Process Visual Architect you are lead through the process step by step and with a great visual interface to easily maneuver around and get your desired results. Business Process Modeling Each company that you go through when researching which Business Process to model after will give you an overwhelming amount of models to work with. The entire concept behind Business Process Visual Architect is they ask you the important questions and then decide which models are best for you. Again, in trying to effectively put together a Business Process, I need not have too many options. Just the ones that are compatible with my business are suffice. Team Collaboration Doing the work myself I get tunnel vision and to be quite honest, lose imagination. With the outside team collaboration used in Business Process Visual Architect some great ideas and designs are recommended that I would have not the inquisitiveness to seek out on my own. The Team Collaboration used in Business Process Visual Architect implements all those basic ideas and even the advanced ones and again, generates questions that would arise in my business only. I do not have to filter through unnecessary verbiage. Documentation Generation Once I have taken the Business Process Visual Architect all the way through my processes therein lies another problem which it easily overcomes for me. In the past I have had trouble sharing and sending my reports that I have worked so hard to create and those results are terribly important to how the business is run. With the Documentation Generation in the Business Process Visual Architect I can easily create the documents in whatever format I need to that will be easily accessible and readable to any colleague wherever they are or however they need it. Business Process Visual Architect is an improvement over any device that it currently used to monitor the workflow processes. It encompasses automation, consulting, company knowledge, methodology and the best integration solution to a user friendly system that I have yet to see on the market. There is not much research to do if you notice immediately the approach taken in Business Process Visual Architect is quite different than any other approach on the market. |
